Neutrino-induced reactions on $^{40}\mathrm{Ar}$ are investigated by the shell model for Gamow-Teller transitions and random-phase approximation (RPA) forbidden transitions. For ${1}^{+}$ multipole, an effective interaction in $sd\text{\ensuremath{-}}pf$ obtained extended Kuo-Krenciglowa (EKK) method from chiral interactions is used to study $B(\text{GT})$, charged-current reaction $^{40}\mathrm{Ar}({\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e},{e}^{\ensuremath{-}})^{40}\mathrm{K}$, $B(M1)$ $^{40}\mathrm{Ar}$, neutral-current $^{40}\mathrm{Ar}(\ensuremath{\nu},{\ensuremath{\nu}}^{\ensuremath{'}})^{40}\mathrm{Ar}$. A considerable quenching spin modes found analysis of $B(M1)$, this taken into account evaluation cross sections reaction.
